Knotted wire brush, some stuff that's meant to "wash away" rust, anti rust primer and a thick layer of hamerite! All brush on :)

Cleaning and painting is continuing in the back ground. But the exciting news is that we're expecting Jug to join us on Tuesday!

Tuesday was busy :)

First, picked up trailer from Indespension and get back to the in-laws to load up Jug...

Then back home to unload

That evening I thought I'd have a look, see what we've ended up with. Quick bath and then a look under the bonnet.

I saw a few things we wouldn't be needing, so I started pulling them out ;)
