Project Jug

Post by The Interceptor » Sat Feb 13, 2010 5:53 pm

Well I've started work on my project car Jug. Put new windscreen in this morning. Jug is very moist inside...which I discovered when it dripped on my head!

Great to see another one being saved.
Who is the male model assisting you? He's not nearly as smiley as you are :D
Nice to see the old fashioned methods of windscreen fitting are still surviving.
Noticed Reg no obliterated but you missed the last pic incase you want to hide it.
Good luck with your project.

Hi Trix

I'm hoping the new windscreen will help with the damp problem. It's a case of mopping out I think! :D

For the benefit of our younger members this was what our two models were doing today.

Hope this works as I've never tried this before.

And it's from a VW site.

Yup, dead easy too, we had Ian for extra guidance ;) I've done it on my own before which is a little challenging :)
