Poly (Powerflex) bushes don't go soft like rubber ones, they maintain their shape better when under load too so the suspension geometry remains true. They don't seem to increase ride harshness in my opinion either.

That sounds good, i'll have to get a full set later this year. I'm gonna have a clear out this weekend so I can get some pictures taken. At the moment my garage is full of second hand kitchen :thumbdown:

UPDATE !! :clap:

Arches Welded & Painted.
Rear beam dropped.
Old tank off.
New rear beam prepped with new brake lines, hubs, shoes etc.
New tank painted & ready.
Many bits taken off underneath, scrubbed & painted.

Getting there! It's only taken 7 years :crazy:
