Hi all

Just joined here after being sent over from the Scirocco register.

Had a few Sciroccos over the years, currently have my 3rd sat I. The drive trying to decide whether to rebuild it or break it.

Now the proud owner of a Corrado, which may end up as the full time replacement for my Scirocco, but you probably didn't want to hear that bit.

How long does it usually take to get a post authorised.

Have tried to reply to a thread last night, which was kind of the point of me being here, and it still hasn't appeared.
Probably all normal as the site seems to be a lot less active than the register forum but thought it was worth an ask.

Ben.

Hi Ben,

sorry, normally I or The Interceptor would be on the case quite quick, but we've both been snowed under with work recently. On a sort of plus side, I've been heading the engine build section at work (Norton Motorcycles) recently and that has kept me busy!

I also have a Corrado, a VR6, and that is now my daily. I have to say that it is a lovely car, quick and comfy, but it doesn't have the direct feel of a Scirocco... So, I still look forward to a blast in my fast road/track Mk2 :)
