My Rocco Scala

Post by westy_scirocco » Mon Sep 26, 2011 1:48 pm

My Beloved Vw Scirocco Scala 1990, Tornado Red 1800 injection 8v
which ive owned now for about 8 months and many more years to come!

All original (except with some additions)

Coilovers - Lowered roughly 50mm all round, Wheels (BBS Style) Lenso BSX 15" 7j Wrapped in 195 45 15.
Goodridge Braided Brake Lines all round. Jetex Panel Air filter.

Common Scirocco Faults such as Clutch Cable Pulling Through Bulkhead has been seen to with the addition of a 1/4 inch steel plate to avoid any futher complications.
Also Fuel Filler neck (original) has been well looked after (Treated - Painted and Protected) from any future corrosion.

Flew through the M.O.T 2 weeks ago :D ( no advisories

Interior MINT, Exterior Superb condition

Great to drive, not once have i not had a smile on my face :D

21 years old, 103000 miles cambelt changed every 25k!
full comprehensive service history, over £4,000 of receipts from new and all corresponding paperwork to back it up. ;)

brilliant performance, pulls like a bloody train considering its only a 1.8i 8v

Can definently hold it own and even upset a few :o against modern cars.
Cant beat a good old lightweight retro car.

thanks for looking

any questions feel free to ask.

Can you be more specific on location?
