Scirocco Register National Day 2014

Post by ianaudia4 » Wed Jul 16, 2014 11:35 pm

Saturday 2nd August at RAF Cosford, near Telford.
The only cost is £3.50 to park in the car park which will be swamped with at least 50 Sciroccos.

A great day to meet like-minded owners and a good museum to have a sally around (free to enter!)

There is a camping and hotel option, the Register have a good deal on a 4 star hotel nearby (£55 per night per room including breakfast) and an inexpensive campsite for hardened folk that prefer the smell of canvas/nylon!

I may be able to pop over this year, probably in the VR6 though.

I'll not be making it this year, far too much on at home...

Might try for this next year. Not been to Cosford since finishing trade training back in 2000. Would be good to see the old place again.

Small world. I was on Rigger trade training, course BTA3.
What where you up to then?

I was an El Mech Tech. Worked at Ground Radio at Cottesmore. Loved it there, but times change...
