Ultimate Dubs 2014

We'll be there on the Scirocco Owners Network stand with my VR6 and TIs 177 Scirocco, even my dad's bringing his new VR6!

Anyone else going that we might bump into?

Some piccies of the day.

Just after we'd turned up and had a quick wonder around.

Surprising number of non-Dubs in the area...

Image

Want. (Very disappointed when I looked at it's stats and found that my Corrado is quicker). Still want though.

Some super clean cars on the way in, I think part of the concours section.

Strangely I didn't photograph the Scirocco Scala a couple of cars down. Maybe someone else did?

Some engine to admire

This Corrado won best Corrado in show. It was totally immaculate and deserved I think. Nice wheels.

This doesn't look right to me. Why block off the coolant pipe from the head and get rid of the expansion tank etc? Too much for the sake of a "clean bay"...

I like the sticker :)

Got arches?

A couple of R8s were there. This one was particularly eye catching!

And then we were all tired (it was a 5.30 start to the day).

Nice pics.
The corrado looks outstanding and almost standard.
The corrado was my next target but I'll need to wait on my lottery numbers coming up now.
The two purple VR6's look in tip top condition as well, credit to their owners.
I get your point about the "other non Dubs" as the title says it all.
